CSC hasn't even had your case for three weeks. I doubt you're going to get anything particularly helpful in response.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

so my question here is, r am going to wait my proccessing dates which is 24 april???

or the time i send the AOS 15 februry, or when they recived the RFE back?

cuz i dont know exactly what processing time i am right now!

plus, anybody got e-mail for the national service center, for the work authorization?

It takes around 90 DAYS for an EAD to be processed, be patient.

USCIS states that processing of the EAD will proceed after the RFE is sent back in to them and received.

CSC has 180 Days after the transfer before you can start enquiries on your case and then you will only get a service request and told to call back in 30-45 days after that.

Your case was transferred on March 30th, less than 30 days so far.....

You're still within normal processing times for both your AOS and your EAD. EADs tend to take about 90 days. If you don't have your EAD by the time 90 days are up, you can schedule an Infopass appointment at your local office to see what's up.

Aside from that, I think it's considered to be 6 months from your original NOA before you are considered outside of normal processing times for your AOS.

Ok....I have another thought here....

We just recently learned we can use my husband's income to apply for a mortgage (thank the gods!) and while the mortgage people were checking his SSN, they found that his number is a "recycled" number and that this number popped up under the name of two deceased people (weird) soooo....since it's taking SOOOOOO long to process his adjustment thingie, I'm wondering if this is a possible hold up. Any thoughts anyone?

*sigh* Maybe that sounds weird but I'm just grasping at straws here...trying to understand something that I think is beyond understanding. :blink:

Sadly, I don't think there are any normal processing times for AOS. Well, I take that back, there are average times, but there are certainly no timelines that say they must have it done in a certain amount of time. If your AOS isn't done in 6 months there is nothing you can do to fix that, as we all know they can keep you going through namechecks as long as they darn well please.

Ok, I got an email from CRIS today with the following update:

"Current Status: We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence."

It doesn't say what they want, so I'll wait for the notice.

We have already sent a ton of evidence. Any ideas?
