My husband's EAD has finally been approved!!!! YES YES YES!!!!

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On December 20, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Please update my stats. Seems like USCIS is getting the ball rolling on these approvals.

12/14/07-AOS case moved to California Service Center for further processing

12/20/07-EAD approved!!!! Card production ordered

1/2/08-Received EAD card in mail.

2/6/08-AOS approved!!!!! Card production ordered. FINALLY:)

scroll back a few pages around 180 or 181 and find the information for Dr L E Arnold, send in your DS3025 vaccination form to her offices and get it done FEDEX nextday delivery and she will mail back to you within 10 days or less for $10. No need to spend extra $500 or go to info pass for this. Good luck. :thumbs:

just letting you know that i have had to reregister as I couldn't retrieve my password after my computer crashed. I was originally jerricho. Anyways I received my rfe from csc and they are asking for I693. I have already had a full medical in London last January. I do not want to have to spend another $500 or so on another medical is it worth making an infopass appointment.

Hey this fellow Missourian is doing 90 to nothing! AHAH Thanks on the list, we have to keep it going for it gives people some hope and idea of maybe how long it is before they get their GC. Wifey is loving USA immensely and Missouri especially, and Christmas time here. I hear you on the Christmas prep, you enjoy it with Dave and the dogs. How you like all this ice and snow we get in Missouri for winter! :lol:

I am sorry if the questions is a little bit out of place here,

but what it means that they send me an e-mail to tell me that my application got transfered out of CSC ? :unsure:

should I worry?

05/22/2007: Visa Approved!!!!!!

06/04/2007: GOT MARRIED!

08/13/2007: AOS sent

09/18/2007: NOA1 received for AOS and EAD

09/25/2007: Applied for AP

10/09/2007: Biometrics Appointement

10/25/2007: Advance Parole documents received! approved!

11/23/2007: EAD received in mail (woohoo)

12/15/2007: Case transferred to CSC

12/24/2007: Case transferred again for "standard processing"

01/30/2008: Card production ordered. yay!!!

We got the transfer email on 12/18 and then on Monday the 24th we recieved a our interview appointment letter and that was dated as being sent out on 12/19. That kind of seems strange to me :huh: .... like I wonder if some kind of mistake was made...... BTW our interview is set for 02/27/2007
