We also got touched on Sun 11/11, saying that our case was now "pending" at the CSC. We also got our NOA whatever, saying that we had been transferred to CA. Let's hope something happens soon for US ALL! Good luck and may the touches be as "satisfying" for them as they are for us! Haha!

Case transferred to CSC - October 12, 2007

Case Approved - November 12, 2007

NOTE: First biometric schedule was September 25, 2007 but it was moved to October 19, 2007 because we weren't able to receive the first notice.

Mylene was approved on November 21, 2007 and was never touched after being transferred to CSC on Oct. 25, 2007 .. Ashley (daughter) was touched on Nov. 17 and Nov. 19 but no change of status yet (Mylene's update on the uscis website happened within the past hour [Nov. 23, 2007] so Ashley's may be forthcoming as well .. fingers crossed)

Status message on USCIS website is as follows....

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

Mylene was approved on November 21, 2007 and was never touched after being transferred to CSC on Oct. 25, 2007 .. Ashley (daughter) was touched on Nov. 17 and Nov. 19 but no change of status yet (Mylene's update on the uscis website happened within the past hour [Nov. 23, 2007] so Ashley's may be forthcoming as well .. fingers crossed)

Status message on USCIS website is as follows....

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Country Boy congratulations, since CNDGirl06 is not doing this thread anymore wonder who is keeping it up to date now.

AS of Wednesday November 21, 2007 we were approved for Green Card, it has been ordered and will be mailed soon without any interview.

Thanks for all your efforts on keeping this thread active and accurate, takes a lot of time and work. Happy Thanksgiving to all and may God speed your visa journey for this green card over the holidays. I am out of here....... innocent.gif
