OK I just found out I have been transferred

NOA 8/31/07

Biometrics 9/11/07

Transfer 10/30/07

Thanks much

Oct 1/09 - I-751 package sent

Oct 3 - package delivered

Oct 5 - NOA mailed

Oct 13 - 1st NOA received and additional letters for my daughters I filed with. NOAs stated Resident Status

has been extended for 1 year and that we will be receiving a letter for an ASC appointment for

fingerprints, photo, and signature.

Dec 2009 - Received 10 year permanent resident card.

Feb 2010 - My children received their 10 year permanent resident cards.

Oct 2010 - My children were legally adopted by my USA Citizen husband.

So our petition was approved on Monday, which I posted here. But literally every day since that approval, the petition has been touched...first, card production ordered, then welcome notice sent, then a couple of days with touches but no changes in status, and lastly today, it hhad been touched and the message was approval notice sent.

Is that normal?

Mylene and Ashley's Case was transferred to CSC on Oct. 25 and both were touched on the 2nd and then again on the 4th (Saturday) hopefully this is a good thing.

I'd love a touch. Our case hasn't been touched (or, at least, hasn't been updated online) since March 12th. That's despite repeated requests from the Boston office for CSC to merge my two files...

We were touched for two days in a row about a week after CSC received our case - nothing since, though a few who were transfered after us have since been approved.

I think its safe to say that, similar to the process I experienced while at CSC during the K1 petition phase, there is truly no rhyme nor reason to what they do.
