Traveling on a emergency travel authorization (single entry)?

My wifes sister passed away 2 weeks ago and she needs to attend to family matters. We went to the Milwaukee office and they authorized a emergency single trip travel authorization while her normal mutiple entry I131 request processes through the system (filed with here aos about one moneth ago) (they expedited the current I131 it as well). The probelm is they gave us ONE page with her photo etc and a start and end date. The document itself clearly states "the duplicate attached is to be given to the airline when traveling and the ordiginal to immigration upon rentry to the USA" We gave them 2 photos when we made the request

How many copies with phots and seal should we have. We can not take the risk of her leaving and not having suffiicent copies to get back into the USA

One page is okay. My husband had 2 pages and when he got back he still had 2 pages. I believe that it used to be that a person gave one page to someone, but I do know that the second page was still useable for subsequent entries. She is fine with what she has, and I am sorry for your loss.

Thank you just travleing on this paper is a concern even with mutiple copies. So having one when it referes to 2 is making us a littel nevous

I know, but it is okay. You have the correct thing. USCIS only changed to the cards very recently, and only for some applicants. The paper AP you have is the normal thing.

Just and update. Got my congressmans office to expdite the real travel authorization document and received the mutiple entry doc within a week.She even expedited the work authorization. So all is good.
