HI I wants to bring my sister and her children to USA, but if I file for I-130 then it will take more than 10 years. My sister lives in Afghanistan and the situation over there is very bad and her husband is abusive and drunkard. Is there any other quicker way to bring my sister to USA?

Thank you any help will be appreciated

There is no way to obtain residence for a family member other than by filing a I-130, so the sooner you begin the process the sooner she will be able to get here.

Here is a link to the USCIS site for family related visas: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1306.html

Good luck!

Thank you for your response. I was thinking if she could come to USA with visa then I would apply for I-130 for her. does that work or she has to go back??

Not possible for a sibling to adjust status. There is no immigrant visa immediately available for siblings.

She has to go back. She has to wait at least 10 years after you file the I-130.

It takes over 10 years for a US citizen to petition for a sibling. There is no quick way to bring a sibling to the US.
