AUGUST CASES...ANYBODY WITH A INTERVIEW YET?

yes, received last night. Got a month time...have to do medical. Just a quick question, do I need to submit the medical to vfs 5-7 days before the interview, or I can carry it at the time of the interview?

i just called to vfs ahmedabad they said to submit this documents before 4days...medical and which docs u didnt submit at nvc like pcc for ahmedabad..and all copy which u send with ds230 included copy of form ds230 part1 and 2..like copy of passport,birthcerti with translation, copy of marrige certi..copy of pcc if submit at nvc..and keep photograph always with u..i am going to vfs next thursday so will tell u more what they ask from me..

Petitioner LPR upgraded to USC June 22, 2012
August 22, 2012: case complete
October 18, 2012: Interview (APPROVED)
October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

Mothers' Journey (My sister is the petitioner)

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)

Did they email you or did you find out by calling? Ours hasn't been scheduled. At least we haven't received an email.

This means the process for immigration visas in India will remain same post September 26th ? Just want make sure before its my time for the interview. Thanks!

I called them about 2 hours ago!!

BTW, congratulations!! God willing, ours will come soon!

Thanks a lot...your is on the way!! Remember always call NVC don't wait for them to contact you they have delays on emails!
