Maybe that particular individual was having a bad day when you called ... They had to report to work after a long 3 day weekend. They were having Monday morning blues on a Tuesday :devil:

Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12

It is NOT personal...they don't care about you. They are just doing their job.

Don't worry if you get a rude representative....(some there are very nice)(kat was always very nice to me)

Just get the info you want....again it is not personal.

I imagine its not a great job experience repeating the same thing over and over every few minutes (Your case was received but not entered, it takes 10 -20 business yadda yadda yadda).

09/05/2012: Got the pre-invoicing error: "You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."

09/06/2012: AOS Bill paid

09/07/2012: AOS Bill Status Changed to "PAID"

09/10/2012: AOS Package sent

09/12/2012: Sent hardcopy of DS-3032

09/24/2012: IV Bill Invoiced

09/24/2012: IV Bill paid

09/25/2012: IV Bill Status Changed to "PAID"

09/25/2012: IV Package sent

5/15/12: RFE (daughter's birth cert)

5/15/12: RFE Evidence Sent (never received)

8/10/12: Infopass, evidence handed to officer adjudicating case

8/13/12: NOA2

NVC

8/20/12: Case Received

8/31/12: Case #/IIN Received

8/31/12: DS3032 Sent

9/11/12: ERROR MESSAGE! biggrin.png

Why do this people from NVC got to be so rude?? All it takes is to type in some numbers to be able to tell if the case is there... Uuffff

I would wait another day or Two so that you can provde them time to enter it and provide you with the info that you need. I do however understand how you feel.. I remember having to call in every day until finally i recieved it. I am now just waiting for my AOS and IV to get invoiced so that I can mail out what they need and get this ball rolling!!
