Thank you Maggiep ! To make sure ,is it my number not current next month (October)??? and who knows about November:)what's my chance if my number will ever available? i have 5 yrs visa ,only i94 will expire next month but i can come back i think .

The cut off number for october for Europe is 5700, so you are not current. When the visa bulletin for October 2012 comes out (maybe this Monday) there will be advanced notification for cut off number for November. Then you will know if you are current or not. If not you will need to wait for the next one.

If you can come back great but if you can't then you need to go through KCC.

Did you even bother reading the links that I posted, because if you did you would not have asked this question. Respectfully, I suggest you do a bit of research of your own - it will give you a better understanding of the process and how it applies to your specific circumstances.

You can read visa bulletins from previous years and see how the numbers have moved from month to month. Your number will become current but nobody knows exactly when.

i saw hawaii50 posting , i heard u should submit before sept30, not necessary approve . because how come there are new numbers appears for DV-2012 in August/September 2012?!

Hawaii50 meant the DV-2012, which means fiscal year 2012, which ends on September 30th.

You are talking about DV-2013, which means fiscal year 2013, which starts on October 1st this year and ends on September 30th next year.

i used 2012 as example , what im trying to find out is if my numbers become current in september 2013 should i even apply for it . coz there are still numbers coming out , doesnt that mean they will process? if not why would they even submit those numbers for September?

If your number becomes current in September there is no way for your AOS to be approved before Sept. 30th 2013. As I said before, it takes about 4 months for AOS to be processed. On the other hand, you will know that you are current in September 2013 in July 2013. You can send the documents to KCC and get an interview date for September 2013 in your home country. If you go to a interview in your home country, they will issue a visa right away after the interview so you can make it.

If your case number is 12000, there's no way that your number will be current in next September.

It will be current approximately in December, maybe November or maybe January.

NO WAY it will be current next September.

There is no such thing as missing your numbers. All numbers are UP to the number, so all the numbers before are included.

i see Maggiep thank u ! i looked at archive hopefully my numbers will become in November ,after my # appears on bulletin will uscis contact my address here(there is US address) and says to apply for i485 ? i think i will come back till November. i will go on October ,planning stay 1-2 weeks .

No. They won't contact you. I gave you a link. Read what is the procedure. You will need a medical among other things.
