Going to use DCF to file a I-130 for my wife and her son at the USCIS US Embassy Philippines after I become a Philippine permanent resident.

I am a US citizen so on the I-130 form, I am the petitioner and my wife is the beneficiary, correct?

I am seeing posts of examples for I-130 for line 17, "info about your alien relative"

Alien relative is my wife correct, so I would list her and my stepson?

Seems the examples show listing the US citizen and any of his children... How am I the alien relative?

Thanks :)

Maybe its husband or wife OF relative and relatives children, and NOT relative and relatives children, correct?

So I would file another I-130 for her son[my stepson] and block 17 would be NONE for him, correct?

Can't seem to get a answer from the USCIS here on whether I can file the I-130 as soon as I get status changed from probationary to permanent residence, or if i have to wait 6 months to file. It states, "must be a resident for 6 months, but doesn't say permanent resident.

Also Line 22, Do I leave this blank since we are both in the Philippines, or put Manila Philippines in the 2nd set of boxes?

Prepare an I-130 for each person and send with copies of the required documents.

Your name and her childs name should be on line 17 since of her form. For the son line 17 is 'N/A'

Hope someone helps you with line 22.
