I came to the US with a K1 visa. I'm about to send my AOS packet. Here's my check list. Please let me know if I am missing anything. I will be paying the fee using my husband's check. Will that be alright?

Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

[*]Copy of passport page with non-immigrant visa (K1)

[*]Copy of Form I-797, Notice of Action (Approval Notice)

[*]Copy of Marriage Certificate

[*]Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

[*]Copy of passport page with biographic information

[*]Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet, with attachment

[*]Form I-864, Affidavit of Support from sponsor

[*]IRS tax return transcripts for 2011, 2010 and 2009

[*]Copy of sponsors W2’s 2011, 2010, 2009

[*]Employment letter

[*]Copy of sponsor’s pay stubs for the last 6 months

[*]Copy of sponsor’s birth certificate.

[*]Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (Enclosed in the sealed envelope)

[*]Two (2) Passport-type photos

I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

• Copy of passport’s biographical page

• Copy of passport page with non-immigrant K1 visa

• Two (2) Passport-type photos

• Copy of I-94 (front and back)

I-131, Application for Travel Document

• I-131 supplement part 7

• Copy of passport’s biographical page

• Copy of passport page with non-immigrant K1 visa

• Two (2) Passport-type photos

• Copy of I-94 (front and back)

When i send my documents to USCIS,i didn't include my husband Birth certificate... Does the USCIS require this? I'm asking this coz it's on your list that copy of sponsor's birth certificate....can somebody clear this for me?...thanks!...
