When USCIS mail you AOS appointment letter for interview, whose name will be written at mailing envelope, is it Both couple's name

or the applicant's name alone? I mean at the back of mailing envelope not inside the letter...Answer needed as soon as possible..Thanks guys

Our letter came addressed to the immigrant spouse requesting the interview--i.e. my wife's name. This did cause some problems as the wonderful USPS employee that fills in decided she did not reside at our apartment and returned it because her name was not on the mailbox. Fortunately, I received a text message of the letter being returned and called the USCIS. So make certain the immigrant spouse's name is also on the mailbox and inform the USPS. We received some mail in her name, but not all mail including her original SSC.

Good luck,

Dave

I am the non-immigrant and my wife is filing for me @Dave do

you mean that the interview appointment letter will come with my name?

The letter will come in the name you put on the application. That is the immigrant not the USC. It sounds like you are the immigrant and your wife, who filed for you, is the USC. Therefore, the letter will come in your name. Whose name was on the I-485 form and who signed it? That is who will get the interview letter IF you have an interview. The BIO appointment will also come in the applicant's name. If you do happen to have an interview, both must attend.

It will be the applicant's name.

In my case I'm the applicant so it's on my name but every time I receive letter from USCIS under my name it always has a question mark on the envelope and my husband told me that they do that because my name is not on the mailbox so he as to put my name on the mailbox too but luckily they were still able to deliver it to our address
