Bringing family members over for the wedding?

Can you give me specifics on the details? My husband's sister raised him when his parents died, so she's basically his mother.

She has a house in her name, and she has a minor son, although 16-year-old son might not be enough of a draw to guarantee she'll be back. I appreciate any details you can give that might help.

my husband's sisters were both younger (15 and 21 years old) with no real ties to come back to haiti...they give them to older people more than young people. if she has ties to haiti, she has a much better chance...so the son and the house may be helpful.
