VJers,

I'm putting together the forms/evidence my Colombian fiancee will need for the interview (received NOA2 last week), but now I have a question. I know she will need DS-156, DS-156K and DS230 in duplicate for all of these, but what about her son? He's 5 years old and is coming with us...what forms do I need to fill out for him?

All your help is always appreciated

tru_loves_journey's response is good. Since requirements vary from consulate to consulate, consider emailing the consulate and inquire about any specific K-2 requirements. Another option would be to visit the Mexico, Latin & South America regional forum; or perhaps another VJ member, with K-2 experience, who went through Bogota process could read this and comment.

Good luck on your visa journey.

You can find that information in the Instructions Package found in the US Embassy in Bogotá web site.

You can also ask additional questions you may have in the Colombia Club thread or read the previous threads to see if you can find more information there.
