There is still one thing I wonder,

should I keep my story to visiting friends and holiday, or tell them that the 'reason' is that I am visting my girlfriend? I have ever told them that I am visting her in any of my earlier visits.

I don't want to get in trouble for saying the wrong thing of course, but both are true. She is not the only one I am visting. And a girlfriend is still a friend. I don't think its that smart to suddenly change my story.

Dude, just relax, the fact that you are all nervous may raise red flags. CBP could be like "Why is he so nervous"? It is OK to be cautious, but you are borderline paranoid. You are absolutely correct about one thing, you don't want to get in trouble for saying the wrong thing. So, don't say the wrong thing. Tell the truth each and every time and you will never worry about this againgood.gif

Good luck and have fun with your visit.

Thanks everyone for the replies,

I am in US right now, I didn't get that much questions. I just told them I was visiting universities and seeing some friends again. They asked me what universities I was visiting. So I told them that, they even gave me some advise if I had time left I should visit some other universities in the area too, since they seemed to have a good MBA program according to them. They also asked how much honey I was carrying with me. And after that they gave me the admitted stamp right away. And I was off to the baggage belt.

So I pretty much worried for noting, another thing learned.

Anyway, thanks everyone for taking your time for replying and reading my posts!

You guys are right, I am probertly overthinking this whole thing. Just a man's worries... I kinda know that for sure....The Netherlands is the 3th most developed country in the whole world according to the UN (HDI-index). and I doubt they will expect much immigrants from the netherlands, I guess their forcus is more on nations were the situation is less then in the US. But ooh well I realy am overthinking this whole 3th visit thing and overworried. But thanks anyone, for your time and advice! And ofcourse I am not taking any drugs. I actually never thought about it Amanda that they could be thinking something like that.Anyway, thanks everyone! Have a good one!

You're right, I think you're over thinking things. Here's a few pointers to keep your mind at ease:

1. Immigration history works in many ways like a credit rating. Multiple trips with no history of violation puts you in the "safe zone" for most CBP officers trying to determine if your intent is to immigrate.

2. The US promotes tourism. roughly 20% of the US economy is somehow linked to tourism. It is not the CBP's job to keep legitimate tourists and visitors out. The US needs tourism, and the CBP is well aware of this. If you're trying to sell the US as a tourist destination, you want and expect tourists to return year after year.

3. "Immigrant intent" is what causes most denied entries for tourist visas and VWP. Being from a country with a standard of living that's similar or higher than that of the US removes most initial suspicion of any economic incentive to illegally migrate. As you say, while a 3rd world visitor may profit from illegal work in the US, a Dutch visitor has everything to lose.

4. It's not like you have made multiple 90 day visits. You've been on multiple short trips.

5. My personal experience - In the past 10 years, I have probably entered 30 - 35 times. Most only around 14 days, some up to 90 days, but never overstayed. The first few times I entered, I would get some questions, though not a lot. However, in the past few years, I've barely been questioned at all - Even after telling them my wife was American and that I intended to immigrate at a later date.
