Hi Everyone. I just wanna ask if, Does the xerox copy of my husbands ITR, PAystub and w2 are okay if those are the one that I am going to bring during my interview?..Including the AOS is alright if I am just taking the xerox copy of it? thank yoU!

on a k1 interview this will be ok because i asked my lawyer about this as well and he said it was fine and how most people do it , but it must have all the correct information on the copy (name account # ssn ) ect......but on AOS interview i think not because you both will be here and why should you bring copies to interview? it seem more legitimate to bring originals, but thats my opinion

if a K-3 visa chaser, please review the instructions on the I-134,

using the poverty guidelines from I-864P

and using the math revealed in the I-864 instructions.

Unsure about copies of ITR, but dead certain about the I-134 - no copies allowed, must be original document with original USCitizen Signature.
