I need some help / infos.

I want to know if who we need to inform regarding my fiance address now..Here is the story.. when we filed K1 he was in Japan and he used his parents address as mailing address to assure that the docus will be receive.. he know he will be back in the states but he dont know yet what state and when.

He moved to the state May 2012 and by that time he live on his barracks and we know our parents address is still good :)

But he moved to a new housing off base June 2012 .. Since that time we dont inform uscis/nvc about his new address.. But i realize that i think we need to inform them coz i will be living on his physical address when i get in the states but i just want to ask some info on where and how ? since my case is already in US Embassy.. or maybe on the way.. i want to avoid any conflict since my interview is on Oct 11. So im hoping we fix this soon ,..

Yeah,, we really didnt know bec his physical address is 3hrs away fr his mailing address (parents house) .. and its the same state too.. :(

If he now has off base housing, I am sure he can receive mail at that address.

Why can't you use his off base address for USCIS notification?
