They may have lost it or the fingerprints don't come out clear enough. There is a possibility for that. My case has been approved since October 19th and haven't got my green card yet. I went to an infopass appointment at my district office and they couldn't find my biometric record in their system. I received a biometric appointment notice after that and went to get it done today. So I suggest you getting an infopass and find out...well at least that's what I did. Good luck :)

Here is what we have received from USCIS local office this far.

On Oct 24 they sent us a letter via our lawyer stating

*I am not finding an approval in the system. The file has been sent back to NRC. I will have to request it back in order to find out what happened to the application*.

Then on November 22 they wrote again from the local office:

*In regards to this case, we just received the case recently. The application has been approved. It is currently assigned to a Supervisor for update. If you do not receive a notice of action from us within 60 days of this response, please make another inquirey*

So I guess we wait until Jan 22 to make another inquiry..but this re-confirms that we are approved...so who knows what I have to do now......what do you guys make of this?

Start a new thread, sweetie, this one is really old and you aren't going to get many replies. It is *very* important to have someone double-check your list of what you will take to your interview. Start a new thread about what you will take just in case you are missing anything.
