Good afternoon Vj hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend.. The question that I have is regarding the passport pictures required that must be submitted with the DS-230 for my wife. She did not take new ones, she was able to get the copies of the same ones that were used for her passport when she was issued it. So would this present a problem at NVC being that she used the same pics and not new ones?

Thanks in advance...

How long ago was she issued her new passport?

Usually they require the 2x2 photos to be no older than 6 months.

It was issued January of this year.

It was issued January of this year.

I don't see any problem sending those photos to NVC...

You might have your wife take some new photos for her interview.

That is what I was thinking as well, both for NVC and new photos for her interview..

Thanks you...
