I'm a May filer. We are on our 104 days waiting for our NOA2. Can we call USCIS now to follow up our case or too early yet to call them? USCIS are starting to approve June filers already.Please help me.

It wouldnt hurt to call. I wouldn't dwell too much on that... Your NOA2 should be coming soon! :yes:

Many of the May filers are from the military and they have priority over others, especially those who are overseas and deployed or to be deployed. There are still 3 of the May filers that have not been approved, but don't worry as yours would be coming any time soon.

hi, iam also a may filer and still waiting for our noa 2. can i ask you how did you know there are still 3 may filers that have not been approved yet, and are they not from the military like us? iam crossing fingers too, that if they approved june filers from csc, hope ours will come anytime soon, iam on the 4th month mark now.thanks!

hi there, iam on the same both with you, same service center and waiting for our noa 2 over 100days now...hope ours will come soon!

You can check the immigration timelines to see people who have been approved.
