NVC schedules interviews the 2nd week of the month.

Not true, despite the line the NVC operators always give, interviews are scheduled all month long. An example of this would be Saylin.

Ohhhhh....ok

So they schedule all month long, then they make us all wait a month and tell us all at the same time what our date is.

Ok....thank you.

.....and since you called me a liar,

Now you can explain to me and MANY, MANY other couples why, k-1 after k-1 after k-1 applicants are getting interview dates and we are not???

I and many others are dying to hear your expertise.

The NVC has nothing to do with K1 interview scheduling. K1 interview scheduling is handled by the appropriate Embassy or Consulate and each Embassy or Consulate will inevitably have different procedures as to how that is done. I'll leave it to others who have experiences with K1 interviews to give country specific information as to how K1 interviews are scheduled for that specific country.

YEAH....no kidding...!!!

This is not a K-1 question....It is an IR-1/CR-1 question.

We get scheduled once a month by NVC...!!!

If we get scheduled all month long then when is OUR interview date???

....and if they are not scheduling me yet because no dates are available, then why ar k-1 applicants who processed through NVC after me getting interview dates???

See my point Ryan H...???

I fail to see what point you are trying to make. In an earlier post, you regurgitated the line NVC operators always give, I pointed out that was not correct and gave an example to back up my assertion. I stand by my earlier statement and will comment no further on this subject.

In the past it may not have been the procedure of NVC, but it is now.

Do you think maybe, just maybe that some immigration procedures change...???

Don't really see the point of going back in forth in a debate about this. Let's just think for a moment "COULD IT BE POSSIBLE THAT YOU BOTH RIGHT!" First of all none of us work there so we don't know anything for sure. We might know what we are TOLD by NVC and what ppl post on their time lines. There could be 1000s of ways interviews are handed out I don't know...none of us do. As we can all see its not first come first serve. MAYBE they do schedule interviews the 1st week or 2. If so that makes "Ryan H. right. If they still have available slots after that they continue to schedule interviews throughout the month until they are full for each consulate. Which makes "David and Goliath" right as well. So as u see u BOTH can be right.
