hey guys question...i jsut got my noa2 on aug 30th ..my fiance lives in dubai..she is planning on quitting and moving back to india..can we change the embassy to mumbai or is it still going to abu dhabi and is it better to do it because of mumbai wait times being less to get interview? thanks in advance

Suggest that you contact the respective embassies/consulates for further guidance/information.

Keep in mind the Page 2 notation on the Form I-129F petition:

"NOTE: (Designation of a U.S. embassy or consulate outside the country of your fiancé(e)'s last residence does not guarantee acceptance for processing by that foreign post. Acceptance is at the discretion of the designated embassy or consulate.)"
