my wife got her NBI this past FEB 2012 and her interview will be in sometime April 2013, is it still ok to be shown in her interview? or does she need to get another?

Sorry to hear that. Just wondering how did your wife got it? I mean is someone from her house got TB? is she living near SLEC cuz its gonna be 6mo. treatment and have to be there daily, there are few dorms around SLEC. anyways keep praying.

I had read somewhere here in VJ, during his interview he brought along an 8 month-old NBI clearance, who got approved.. But, IMO, jst to be on the safe side, better get a new one close enough to the interview schedule, to avoid anymore unnecessary delays. :thumbs:

im not sure how she got it, maybe because of the people that surrounds her in her neighborhood.

but she lives in manila so many TB is spread there is what i am thinking.

06/16/2015 - FILED I-751 (USCIS RECEIVED ON 06/19/2015, But sent papers back to me for missing info on application papers. Re-sent on 06/23/2015)

07/02/2015 - Received I-797 Letter (Notice Of Action)
