we just applied for naturalization under the 319 B section of immigration law for my wife who is a green card holder through 2019. we have been married since 2005 and i have been in the military since 2003. she has been command sponsored while stationed in Germany and enrolled in tricare and DEERS and has a Military ID Card.

we were stationed in Germany from 2004 through April 2011 were we obtained her green card to travel to the States due to a PCS in April 2011.

as of august 2012 i am on assignment and orders back to the great place of Germany with a report date of march 2013. so we submitted the N-400 yesterday since we feel as though we can expedite the naturalization process since i am on orders to an overseas location. during the PCS i also deployed within a month of fisrt being stationed at our PCS location back in may 2011 and didn't realize i could have filed at that time as well.

i am using clause 319B since we have not been in the states for 3 years but the USCIS military hotline said to apply and stated all the time stationed in Germany counted as well.

any one want to throw in their point of view? what are the chances of approval? i think they are good!!

thanks!
