Just want to make sure I am doing this right...

When Tracking the K-1 Visa at the 2GO website (http://supplychain.2go.com.ph/CustomerSupport/etrace/index.asp) being delivered from the Manila Embassy, I understand I can use the Passport #, the MNL # or the UID # correct?

My second question is do I ONLY use the digits in all three examples or do I type letters as well?

For example, when entering the MNL #, do I enter: MNL2012123456 or just: 2012123456?

Or for the UID #, do I enter: UID12345678 or just: 12345678?

Thanks for the help! :)

9 Digit Number?

Well, that doesn't make much sense then, as her Passport is the only thing that has 9 digits....but I have heard of others using the MNL or UID #'s....

Our MNL # is 10 digits and the UID # is 8 digits. So now what??? Haha....

I haven't use this tracking system but did you try all 3#s yet? One of those 3 should work. When in doubt call customer service.

Our customer service hotline (+632) 5287-136 is available Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

I post this at least once a week but here goes................. There is not much info on here for tracking visa for 2go and length of delivery time. Calling Embassy was difficult to get through and when operator answered then was transferred. I would then get either all reps busy or just rings. Here the info. We had interview March 29. It is now April 11 3:40pm Chicago. Just enter UID number( no letters or anything else). At bottom of 2go page it will show all scans of package. If you see a combination of letters and numbers such as 5J961. Put that in Google and will give you the flight it is on. Right now on Cebu Pacific arriving Davao at 545am. I will update the route to Tagum officer for pickup. So its been 2 weeks. There was weekends and 2 days Embassy closed for Holy week. 0 This from our experience
