Hello my wife filled I 864 with $18000 and his uncle as a joint sponser filled I 864 His income is $100,000. But her uncle is filling tax return jointly with his wife but his wife is not doing job...Is there will be any problem in accepting affidavit from NVC.

It wouldn't be problem. It will be perfectly fine. But if possible, then add I-864A ( signed by her uncle's wife ). Sometimes consulate may ask for this form to ensure that co-sponsor's spouse is aware about this legal commitment.
