August 2012 AOS Filers

No response yet from our local office, but it still within the 15 days we were told it could take to hear back. Maybe Ahmed's case is not there and he is not going to have an interview.

Two late July filers got approved today, with no interview or transfer. That is very good news. Movements.

US Citizenship

February 2, 2016 - Package mailed

February 8,2016 - Credit card charged

February 9, 2016 - NOA1

March 1, 2016 - Biometrics Appt

March 29, 2016 - In Line for interview

April 1, 2016 - Interview Scheduled

April 4, 2016 - Interview letter received in the mail

May 10, 2016 - Interview Day! (Approved)

June 8, 2016 - Oath Ceremony

There have been some activity the last couple of days with August NOA1 filers but not much

US Citizenship

February 2, 2016 - Package mailed

February 8,2016 - Credit card charged

February 9, 2016 - NOA1

March 1, 2016 - Biometrics Appt

March 29, 2016 - In Line for interview

April 1, 2016 - Interview Scheduled

April 4, 2016 - Interview letter received in the mail

May 10, 2016 - Interview Day! (Approved)

June 8, 2016 - Oath Ceremony

I think we will be putting in another service request tonight. Tuesday was offically the 15 working days from when the first one went in.

Well we didn't call USCIS back, but we got an RFE in the mail for missing vaccine varicella, which is for chickenpox. Looking through AOS papers now for his vaccine records because I thought he had the vaccine.

Ok found the vaccination documentation worksheet the doctor filled out in Tunisia for Ahmed's pre interview physical. The box is not checked for the varicella vaccine, but Ahmed says he had it done. I guess we will be contacting a cival surgeon tommorow :(

That sucks, I'm sorry to hear. At least there's some progress? I hope he can get it done and sent in quickly!

Hi guys! Dont give up hope! I just got a text message that my green card has been approved after almost 9 months!!! You will be next don't worry! I put in a service request on April 23 but i am not sure if that did anything or not! No interview no transfer so this was processed at NBC! :) Yay!
