Hi all,

We got married on 07/26 (wife's birthday after 5 years of going to the same schools and dating)

Sent the whole package (130,485,693,864, no EAD or AP; We prefer going to school to working) on 08/28.

NOA1 received on 09/01.

Fingerprint Notice received on 09/05

Received RFE regarding wife's income from scholarships and aunt's tax documents (I was dumb to have sent insufficient papers)on 09/13

REF sent on 09/24

FP on 09/25

RFE delivered on 09/26

RFE Response Review on 09/27

10/10: 14 days into the waiting game because of the RFE...

August folks! After exactly 2 months from Noa1 date. Today Production of my EAD card was ordered.APPROVED!!

Sent the package on The 7th of august, they received it the 10th august got the NOA( all 3 of them) 3 days later.

They " September 16, 2012, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for October 18, 2012, at NATIONAL BENEFITS Center" not quiet since I'm in Raleigh so that is my local office. I still haven't gotten my EAD, I'm hoping this a good sign, I didn't expect for the interview to happen this fast.

Hi guys, I am here to be part of the "league"

We sent AOS+EAD+AP all together to Chicago Aug 8th

They received our package August 10th - NOA1(s) August 13th

Biometrics done: Sept 12th... Kansas city is our office.. till now no answer since we had biometrics.. AAAAAAhh I'm so anxious!!!

WOO HOO Ahmed got his work permit and advance parole in the mail tonight. He can start applying for jobs now. He is so excited.

excellent news everyone, I just check my case status online, and it says my "Card/ Document Production

On October 13, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you" !!

that's for my I-765.

I have my interview on Thursday wish me luck!
