We finally received our interview date from Eygpt - woooooo hooooo. It's November 21. Thanks to the link that shows the interview dates - haven't received anything from the embassy yet though.

Wishing all that are awaiting interview dates that they happen yet this year!

05.02.2008 - Sent AOS & EAD package to Chicago.

05.04.2008 - Package recieved in Chicago.

05.09.2008 – Received NOA's.

06.04.2008 - Biometrics appt.

07.25.08 - Work Permission Received in Mail

07.28.08 - Applied for Social Security Number

08.04.08 - Received Social Security Number in Mail

09.29.08 - Started job

01.29.09 - AOS Interview

Hey, I noticed your local office is Saint Paul. If you're ever in the Twin Cities area, we should get together, and when you husband comes inshaAllah, he can hang out with mine :D

02/23/08 - Filed for removal of conditions.

Sometime in 2008 - Received 10 year GC. Almost done with USCIS for life inshaAllah! Huzzah!

12/07/08 - Adopted the fuzzy feline love of my life, my Squeaky baby th_catcrazy.gif

02/23/09 - Apply for citizenship

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

2007- May -23: Biometrics Appointment @ 9 Am

2007- August- 08 : Interview at 10 A.M

2007- october- 04 :Card production ordered

2007-october- 05: Welcome letter recieved in mail

2007-october-11 : Approval notice sent

And that is how we found out about the interview too . . . looking on the website for Cairo. It took a bit longer for the letter to show up at his house . . . :P

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.

Cairobound and I have been visa buddies since the beginning of our journeys. She's about 3 weeks ahead of me. I'm gonna keep checking that site from now on!
