Well looks like we are both in same stage. You are brave to have the documents sent by postal mail. I too am waiting on husbands IV BILL Packet.

Interesting that the operator would elect September 17th. I wounder is that their imaginary cut off interview queue date for the next month. Hmmm. I so wish we could be like K1 filers and let the embassy just slot us in. Seems there's a BIG disconnect with embassy and NVC with our cases. Well wait we most.

Here's to packages accepted and Case Close soonest

I sent my IV packet October 16, 2012 .... really hoping to spend first wedding anniversary and Christmas with my husband in USA.

October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)

That's wonderful B-) Welcome to America tomorrow :D My Husband also got his visa today :dance: He will be coming home with me on October 30th. We can't wait to go home finally.

Had my medical this morning. Interview in 2 weeks. This whole thing is coming to an end.. should be exciting but the Cardinals are losing :P
