My Husband's VISA was approved today!!!! :whistle::dance: :dance: :dance: Best Birthday present EVER B-) as my birthday is in 3 days time (10/18)

Same here my husband's interview was approved on October 10th and he got his visa on October 12 and my birthday was October 13. That was the greatest present ever! :star::dance:

ROC Timeline:

August 22, 2014: Sent I-751

August 25, 2014: NOA1 received

September 5, 2014: Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

September 19, 2014: Biometrics Appointment

My husband's interview was Monday, October 15th, it was approved and we have the visa as of today and we are flying home on Wednesday the 24th. His birthday is the 27th and he will get to spend it at HOME! Thank you to all you VJ'ers, although I haven't been on here in a while, you guys still helped out so much.

02/03/2012 - Attorney contacts USCIS about case

02/06/2012 - Letter from USCIS stating no decision yet

03/27/2012 - NOA2

04/17/2012 - NVC Case Number

04/20/2012 - Attorney received AOS and IV invoice

04/23/2012 - AOS and IV fees paid

04/24/2012 - AOS and IV fees appear as PAID

07/27/2012 - AOS and IV packets received by embassy

09/18/2012 - Interview date assigned
