You requested for expedite processing right? Did you get any reply whether you've been approved or not?

Based on history, its normal to wait 4-6 weeks after case complete before you get interview date assigned. We were hoping for some miracle, but thats not the case. no issues, will wait.

Don't loose hope just yet. Interviews started late in the afternoon on Thursday, September 13 and NVC stated they were continuing to schedule through the 20th. That's a full week. But keep in mind, if there are interviews to be had...they will continue to schedule them until they are all full. So keep your eyes open.

And look, it is not the end of the world if you do not make this round. I can tell you from experience, it is heart breaking and uncomfortable to wait the additional month, but you WILL get an interview date. Spend your time uplifting and encouraging others and yourself, make some friends on VJ and chat about how your going to prep for your wife. Check out airline tickets for the following month and plan for your wife to be home by Christmas! Your case just completed on 9/10. I was in your same boat last month. My case completed on 8/6 and I got my interview date on 9/13. I missed the September interview dates. You cannot let yourself get down, you've worked hard and came a very long way. Be proud of you accomplishments, console your wife and keep her cheerful and above all keep your own head up. We will all continue to pray for you and watch your progress!

i requested expedite on medical reason they denied in august. i re-requested this week. hopefully some other officer will look and approve.

So with that being said, we are wrapping up the October Interview Forum and moving to November.

I want to thank Imanco for starting this thread and for ca_babe for helping me line up that spread sheet. I'm going to see if I can move over just the one's in blue.

So you IR1/CR1 people whats this Packet 3 and packet 4? Is it just the interview letter and instructions on Medical? Does each person get their tailored made checklist of what to bring or is it generic?

Yes, Debbie it is the letter from the NVC stating your interview date. Yes, it is specific to each person. It tells you what you need to bring to the interview. There is a list of documents with a letter next to it, each letter has it's own meaning. ex: you may see Birth Certificate with some letter after...then when you look up what the letter means....document already submitted.

How did u do the tracking?

went to the following website: http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.html then under the shipper's reference i put EXP 19 SEP 2012A then selected a date range from 7th sep to today.. you can give it a try and see.

the one there is not mine, just called NVC and they said my case has not yet been sent to Nairobi embassy, they will sent it next week..

anyway all the best to you all waiting on interview dates and congrats to those with dates..
