I wish we knew an order of how they process they interview countires :(

You seem to be out of touch with what is going on globally. I dont think the NVC will set interview dates in Arab/ Muslim dominated states, because of safety issues. Sorry!

I have seen what is going on. Nothing is really happening In Morocco which is in Northwest Africa, directly south of Spain. We will see shortly :(

But its a Muslim country. Be patient, when peace returns ,i guess the dates will start rolling in. Tunisia is close to Europe and Morrocco and the US embassy is under siege there.
