I'm waiting for my interview date to be set... We've been waiting since Aug 17 for a Montreal Interview (CR-1).

I hope I get notified this week for an October date.

When I get the date, I will post it here... who knows, maybe someone else from VJ will have theirs on the same date, and we might bump into each other.

Wowww! After waiting for about 33 days to get our interview date and now ppl waiting for more than 40 days, it seems now that wait was not that long. It sucks!!!!!! Hold your horses........ at least Mumbai consulate applicants should hear something very soon mostly by end of next week.

my husband just called NVC a few minutes ago and the agent told my husband that they are still not yet done fixing the schedules and they ask my husband to call them back next week 20th to see if we already have a schedule or not

Three weeks ago when I called them, they said to call back the 15th of Sept, now its the 20th?! what is going on there????

Mumbai consulate usually posts the interview dates for Oct on 15th of this month right? If so then the scheduling must be going on but we are not receiving any emails from NVC....wow so many questions with no answers..sad stuff...frustrating wait

Has anyone received any Interview date notifications for October yet?

I wonder if they batch them all up during the scheduling period, and then email them all out in one big lump???

[edit] - Just got off the phone with NVC, they got a late start on the scheduling, but are underway now, and will extend into next week.

They push the email into a queue, and it gets sent within 1 or 2 days

Hey Winnie, see if you can post here who it is so we can 1) congratulate them and 2) see if there was some type of special contingency or this was a normal case. I wouldn't believe everything NVC tells you....they are well known to lie just to make you happy.
