Just called again, wow Now NVC is telling me to call next week "IF" they had set me up for Oct. interviews. No Guarantee that they will be able to fill me in for Oct. Not good.

My husband called NVC and finally they say ''yes'' were are scheduling OCT Interviews...So fingers crossed friends and please keep posted :secret:

I feel that IR1/CR1 visas should be scheduled first. I know it might seem selfish but we MARRIED ALREADY shouldn't that take president over k1 visa applicants. Know i might catch flack for the comment but like I said thats just how I feel!

I agree Married people (IC1/CR1) should get Priority over enganged folks (K1) :D:rofl::dance:

You have to be married for two years to qualify for IR-1

TIRED OF THIS WAITING GAME. ITS TUESDAY ALREADY, WHEN ARE THEY GONNA START ALLOCATING THESE DATES. I SMELL FOUL PLAY. I HOPE ITS NOT COS OF THE UPCOMING ELECTIONS IN NOVEMBER?

My case was closed on July 31. I am still waiting for the interview. Whenever I call NVC, they keep telling me that they are waiting for interview slot from US Embassy in Lagos. It is really frustrating.

I am in the same boat our 1 yr anniversary will be october 22. We so hope he will be home by then.

Our one year anniversary will be on the 29th of September. At least i want to be sure of an interview date by then.
