Visas Bulletin only useful when the Petitioner is a Permanent Resident (ie, not a USCitizen) . USCitizen Petitioners DO NOT SUFFER from being in a 5 year queue, LPRs filing for overseas people DO SUFFER from this queue.

b. Real Checklist - needs to response

c. Fake checklist ?

I knew that I made a mistake when I submitted DS230 part-1 on 8/28 but I resent it via FedEx two days later on 8/30.

On September 5th, I called and the lady at NVC told I had a case complete on September 05(which was that day). I am not sure this is the fake checklist because I have already sent in the correction.
