Some people say emailing them at five months but others that are calling are saying they are told to wait 30 days past five months before starting the service request.

It's been a long wait I know 8(

the timeline data isnt accurate for I-129F right now, especially @ VSC, it just help you to keep track of time for your own sake....if the current processing date is pass your receive date, then you can put in a service request or have your senator/congress person give them a call

Now that you edited Texas for Vermont, have you noticed how your timeline changed Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between October 12, 2012 andOctober 18, 2012*.

While this new range may not be completely accurate (because of what everyone explained), it's a better estimation than the other one with the wrong Service Center. good.gif

I was *and still am* in this same situation, called after 5 months to get some answers, they looked at the dates they were processing and told me to wait until the end of the month (because that is when they update) and if they are working on a later date then when your NOA1 came, then and only then will they put in a service request. I also called back after month 6 and will call back at the end of Sept for month 7.

Good Luck
