How many months worth of bank statements are you guys sending? We were thinking to send 6 months? will that be enough? or should be send the entire 2 years?

I just sent last 3 months. You may send one from when you guys opened a joint account (2010/2011) and one current.

I was told to send in 3-6 that should cover last 21 months time frame or how long you have the account together.

OR a reference letter from Bank.

cheers.. thank you Singh82!! I did not make copies of bank statements, but I have a copy of the application from the bank that we completed when opening the account. With my AOS packet I had sent a letter from our bank. I did not want to be redundant. Anyhow, the application is what the bank processed and has on file, and it shows, our name, our address and the types of accounts we have as well as account numbers. I hope this will do... :unsure:

In reference to how far back bank statements should go: We have paperless banking and the online system only stores a year worth of statements. So I included the last three consecutive months of statements and paystubs, then used matching intermittent months of paystubs and statements until I hit the limit for statements. I kept going with paystubs until the month I started working. They show the same account number the entire time for direct deposit and I figured my point was made clear enough.
