Yay!! My packet got there Saturday, but won't be looked at til today.

From USPS: Your Item's StatusYour item was delivered at 11:47 am on September 08, 2012 in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607.

Now to wait for my NOA.

My husband's permanent residency card expires on 12/9/2012, therefore, the earliest we could send out our materials would be 9/10/12. We are finalizing our package and I am hoping to have it sent via FedEx by this Friday or early next week. We just returned from vacation so we are a bit behind in getting everything put together! As it appears the VSC is extremely far behind, I guess my husband won't be seeing much progress on their part until 2013. UGH!

Hi September ROC filers! So I am getting set to mail our packet out. Window for ROC opened on Sept 7th but I just want to make sure I have everything in order before sending it off. I would really appreciate everyone's feedback.. will you please let me know if you think I have sufficient evidence???

Included in my packet:

Completed form I-751

Check for $590 (our checks are joint account and has both our names)

Copy of my permanent residence card front and back

Copy of our home mortgage refinance with both our names and signatures

Copy of greeting card sent to us from our mortgage broker

Copy of Xmas card sent to us from an old neighbor of mine in Canada

Copy of Medical Insurance with my hubby as member and I am spouse/dependent

Copy of our car insurance with both names

Copy of 2010 Income Tax (we don't have 2011 done yet)

Copy of Joint bank info

Copy of our Joint phone bill

2 Affidavits (not notarized) but the letters are missing details of DOB and place of birth and I feel bad asking our friends to write them out and sign them again

Copies of travel itineraries of trips we have taken together

Pics - a whole whack of photos from various trips and family functions including hubby, my stepdaughter and me and our dogs!

Does this seem sufficient? Or do I need more? And I have only given 1 copy of each item (ie/ not a stack of car insurance copies from various months, not a stack of Xmas card, only 1 copy of a phone bill .. not various months.. etc..)

Mine opened on 8/5 and I just got it in the mail last Thursday. We had lots of family issues come up and I had to put it aside. So you're not alone in that respect.

1. List of Addresses and Dates after the approval of conditional permanent residence.

2. Copy of my Permanent Residence Card.

3. 2010 Joint Income Tax Return

4. 2011 Joint Income Tax Return

5. Copy of Joint United Health Insurance along with a monthly statement.

6. MetLife Dental Explanation of Benefit statement showing my wife as beneficiary of (me) and their same day visit to dentist

7. Copy of Joint Bank Statements (Last 3 Months)

8. Copy of Joint Macy’s Account along with a monthly statement

9. Copy of 12 Month Lease of our Agreement (11/1/2011 – 11/1/2012)

10. GEICO Verification of Coverage

11. AT&T Joint Phone Bill

12. California Air-Ticket Itinerary (4/20/2012 – 4/24/2012)

13. 2 Affidavits from friends

14. 4 sheets of pics (4-5 pics per sheet from various trips)

Also I wrote A# on top of each page.

PS: Shipped on 9/7 and package was delivered yesterday. Waiting for check to cash & NOA letter now.

How many months worth of bank statements are you guys sending? We were thinking to send 6 months? will that be enough? or should be send the entire 2 years?
