After the Bio appointment, you either receive an RFE or you don't, and then get an interview or your get gets transferred to CSC for faster processing.

In ROC process, there is no such transfer thing (though need to!) and chance of interview is like 5% :)

Is anyone planning on doing a bio walk-in?

I probably will, without even having a bio letter. I haven't gotten anything yet, no NOA or bio letter, in 2 weeks. Ugh! After paying close to $600, you'd expect if not first-class service, at least some sort of service. Very disappointed (sorry, I had to vent :( )

Has anyone crossed out Bank Account numbers on the statements you send in? I feel uneasy having that info exposed, for who knows who will get their hands on it. Maybe I'm overreacting but isn't there a little bit of worry there for any of you? Do we have that much trust in people? :)

No matter what, they will see the account number and routing number on your check.

So I need to understand, was the statement that the visa was extended for one year supposed to be on the Bio letter or is it a separate letter? All I received was the Biometrics letter and it said nothing of the sort. Thanks!

I see now why you can't find that info. It is in the NOA letter, which is a separate notice from the Biometrics appointment notice. It seems that you have not received the NOA, based on the table of Sept I751 filers.

If I were you, I would call USCIS about this. Because that NOA is what you present to prove that your permanent residency is still valid for another year. You can show that to your employer, to prove that you are still legal to work; and you can use that at the border/port of entry when you re-enter the US, if you decide to travel.

You are not the first one I've read on here who has not received NOA. Let's hope someone who was/is in your situation replies with what they did. In the meantime, calling USCIS and asking them what you can do, might be a good shot.
