Can I just download DS-230 and send it together with AOS? Do I get notification to pay IV?

If the IV is paid for, then yes, you can send the IV package with the AOS package.

Remember, it's more than just the DS-230 that needs to be sent in the IV package.

Has the DS-3032 been sent for your case yet? You usually get notice about the bills being invoiced.

:help: I need HELP... I'm trying to book an appointment for the ASC... I've tried Matamoros my husband's home town, tried Reynosa and I tried Ciudad Juarez.. It keeps telling me There is no available appointments at this time... What am I suppose to do? His appointment is OCT. 9th We really need this for the interview..

I have the same problem!! I've heard that if you call the 703 439 2313 number then they will help you. I'll try that and let you know how it goes!

IV packet received @ 11.08a

Awesome!!!!

Couple questions. I just logged on to the form portal and it looks like I can pay the IV fee, but I can't because its not showing up in the payment portal. Is this normal? This is what it says:

IV Application Processing Fees: Not Paid Pay

Also I sent the e-mail to NVC on Sept 10 for the DS-3032 and haven not received any response that it has been accepted. How long should it take? Do they e-mail you back saying that it was accepted?

I hate that they took away the auto system. Is there any way to tell if forms have been processed other than talking to a rep. I sent the AOS on Friday and they should have received it Monday. How long does it usually take to process that?

I just don't want to wait around when I should be doing something. I was thinking it would be moving a little faster than this by other's time lines.

that happened to me! Wait a day.. I did everything on Safari. When that happened to me, I followed Saylin's suggestion and used internet explorer, but it was the same. Then the next day it worked on Safari.

Yeah, saylin's right. You're not supposed to send the DS-3032, but do the DS-261. The NVC will not notify you when they receive AOS package. You have to call them. It usually takes about a week to process. And yeah, everything's supposed to be sent by e-mail! Please see my thread - it will give you an idea what to do and at the end I posted a link to the step by step process I took to get a case complete!

Either NVC will review it or send it back. You'll just have to wait and see what NVC does...

Does anyone know how long after the interview setting date NVC sends the packages to the embassies ? I'm trying to use the DHL tracking thing and not having much success.

Typically it's the day after. You need to call NVC and ask for the date that it was mailed out. You can't use the DHL tracking trick until you know the exact date.

Don't forget the PCC. And the interview letter is needed to get in.

I don't know about Mexico, but do you need to sign up for DHL or something beforehand? If so, is proof of this needed? (It is for Canada, not sure about other places...)

What's the PCC? And YIKES! can't believe I forgot to put the interview letter. This is why I am so grateful for you!

Oh, and yes you do. If I'm correct, it's the same website as the ASC one. You put where you want your visa to be picked up. I did that already. Correct me someone if I'm wrong!
