My AOS and IV packets were delivered on Wednesday of last week. I called the NVC just now to see if they had received them (because I had nothing better to do), and the operator sounded like she hated her job more than anyone else there haha. She told me they had not received my packets yet. Takes around 20 days. Haha.

I will call up in a few days again.

I'm gonna lose it. The IV package IV I sent through USPS Priority Mail last Thursday is STILL in my home state of VA, bouncing back and forth between Merrifield, Dulles and Bristow.... IDK why. It was SUPPOSED to arrive in NH yesterday but it's still in VA and judging by the tracking status looks like it's going back to Bristow (local post office). IDK ####### to do. They won't hold the package at a facility so I can pick it up and re-mail it. All they can do is open a G-D "case" and get back to me in 1 biz day. I was hoping to get a case closed by the end of this week but it looks like that's not going to happen. I was hoping to get a November interview but now because of this sh!t it looks like it's not going to happen. ####### do I do!?!?

Even if it had arrived yesterday, it's unlikely you'd have gotten case complete by the end of the week.

Call USPS, figure out what's up with the package.

They won't hold it for me. Like I said all they can do is "open a case to get answers" because it's "not trackable".... I mean #######. Ok, so they open a case, it takes 1 business day to get an answer on what's up? that's not so bad. Wait to see what they say, and then you might know if you need to reorder the documents.

If they get the IV package in the next couple of days, you might have case complete by end of next week but really, it's not that urgent. Since they schedule most interviews in the second week of the month, you should still get a November interview even if you get case complete during first week of October. Unless there's more people from your country than slots, but that's hard to know.

We got case complete 6 days ago and still got an October interview date.
