Shoot, IDK about you Grace, but I've already mailed the AOS (an hour ago) and I'm going to mail the IV when I get home tonight. It says they should reach NVC by 9/15 (how convenient, that's my birthday!!).... let's get our cases CLOSED!!!!! :dancing: :joy:

My birthday is one day ahead of you. Mine is tomorrow 9/14. Happy Birthday to both of us!!!

So after you send your AOS and IV packets, will the NVC contact you immediately if you get a RFE? Or is it best to call them after a week and check?

24/AUG/2012 : DS-3032 Emailed.

05/SEP/2012 : AOS Invoiced, DS-3032 received.

05/SEP/2012 : DS-3032 accepted.

06/SEP/2012 : IV Invoiced.

07/SEP/2012 : AOS and IV appear PAID.

10/SEP/2012 : AOS and IV packets mailed via UPS.

12/SEP/2012 : NVC received AOS and IV packets via UPS.

21/SEP/2012 : RFE (Birth Certificate. Notarized copy not accepted).

24/SEP/2012 : NVC received Birth Certificate (provided by Registry Office).

03/OCT/2012 : Case complete.

Happy birthday to all celebrating. Glad to see interview dates rolling in on the other thread. Our IV bill is taking so long to be accepted.

I hope they are not thinking about the date I forgot to put.

Thanks Saylin. It seems like we hit a fast explosion for a Thursday afternoon! I've counted about 19 in all so far! There is still tomorrow and we were all told by NVC they were scheduling throughout the 20th, so here is praying for the remainder of everyone waiting on interview dates! God bless! ~Dana and Divine

This is takin forever... i had to come back to my hometown my gma ended up passin away yesterday so if you guys could say a prayer for me and my family... sorry for bringn this into group tho but at least im bein some what busy. I know this is probably a silly question, but I'm trying to do everything I can to keep busy while waiting for our interview date. Does all the documenation that was sent to USCIS get sent to the embassy for the interview? I sent several items for proof of relationship with my packet to USCIS but I'm wondering if I should send even more to my husband to have for the interview.
