I see you haven't gotten yours either.. :( Well, if it holds true to 24-48 hours after you get the rror then we should be able to pay by ~5p EST today. :clock:

09/06/2012: AOS Bill paid

09/07/2012: AOS Bill Status Changed to "PAID"

09/10/2012: AOS Package sent

09/12/2012: Sent hardcopy of DS-3032

09/24/2012: IV Bill Invoiced

09/24/2012: IV Bill paid

09/25/2012: IV Bill Status Changed to "PAID"

As ridiculous as my optimism is, I'm hoping their reply to remove our attorney of record and forward all correspondence to me was their backwards way of accepting the 3032.

Just called NVC an they reviewed my AOS an DS230.. Now they're telling me on the i864a form income was incorrect from 1040 form.... So am I putting adjusted income or gross income? cause she has rental income coming in as well.... so should i enter what she makes before the deductions? an they wasn't satisfied with just the police certificate they also need a court document :/

I don't get it... So am I adding the adjusted income plus the rental income before or after expenses? Ugh my head hurts

Yes, from what I've read on VJ you should include the bar coded cover sheet with any thing you send in to NVC.

U.S Embassy Interview: 11/01/2012: Interview and Visa approved!

Removing Conditions

For which income to use, did you not read the instructions on that question? From the form itself:

"My total income (adjusted gross income on IRS form 1040EZ) as reported on my Federal tax returns..."

So, was the 1040 filled out or the 1040EZ?

If 1040, use total income.

If 1040EZ, use adjusted gross income.

As for the court document, please read this page again: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html It states court documents are needed if ever convicted of a crime.

Do I send the cover letter again with this RFE? with the bar code?

Send the AOS bar-coded cover sheet for the AOS checklist. Send the IV bar-coded cover sheet for the IV checklist.

I think it's cause I forgot to add the rental income.... but anyways they want the court document.... I called several times an they still want it. So I just had my wife fax it to me....
