Still waiting for that magical email.... been ~24 hours since I got the error... any news from anyone else waiting?

USCIS - CSC/LOCAL OFFICE DC

12/5/11: NOA1

4/25/12: Case Transferred to Local Office (DC) for "Additional Processing"

4/27/12: Case Received at Local Office

5/15/12: RFE (daughter's birth cert)

5/15/12: RFE Evidence Sent (never received)

8/10/12: Infopass, evidence handed to officer adjudicating case

8/13/12: NOA2

NVC

8/20/12: Case Received

8/31/12: Case #/IIN Received

8/31/12: DS3032 Sent

9/11/12: ERROR MESSAGE! biggrin.png

9/13/12: AOS and IV bill INVOICED, Made AOS and IV bill payments, Mailed AOS and IV paperwork via USPS Priority Mail

9/14/12: AOS/IV marked as PAID

9/17/12: AOS delivered

9/20/12: IV delivered

9/25/12: AOS reviewed/accepted

9/26/12: IV reviewed/accepted

9/26/12: CASE COMPLETE11/27/12: Received Interview Date

Now we join the hordes of people waiting for the interview.

If my husband were already living with me, I wouldn't care when the interview occurred! You're blessed, congrats to you both!

Yep! That means they're invoicing something for you!!

For reference, when did you get your case #?

I called got case # and IID on 8/29. Called in again yesterday and they told me today,9/12, is the 10th business

day. This morning when I checked the error message came up. NVC is following their schedule to invoice people

10-20 business days.

My AOS and IV packets have been received by the NVC. Hopefully no RFE!

[NVC]

08/AUG/2012 : Case arrived at NVC.

24/AUG/2012 : NVC Case Number received.

24/AUG/2012 : DS-3032 Emailed.

05/SEP/2012 : AOS Invoiced, DS-3032 received.

05/SEP/2012 : DS-3032 accepted.

06/SEP/2012 : IV Invoiced.

07/SEP/2012 : AOS and IV appear PAID.

10/SEP/2012 : AOS and IV packets mailed via UPS.

12/SEP/2012 : NVC received AOS and IV packets via UPS.

21/SEP/2012 : RFE (Birth Certificate. Notarized copy not accepted).

24/SEP/2012 : NVC received Birth Certificate (provided by Registry Office).

03/OCT/2012 : Case complete.

I am jealous, wish my husband was with me or I could stay with him this whole process time. It is taking a toll on me; lost a few pounds already.???

Interview-July 2011-outcome-Recommendation for revocation

March 2012- Petition received by a USCIS office

May 11 2012- Petiton sent to another USCIS office for processing

May 15 2012- Petition is now being processed at a USCIS office

May 17 2012- letter rec'd from CSC Petition officially closed

Oct 26, 2011- Sent 1-130 Oct 27, 2011- NOA1 priority date

July 2012- NOID I-130 petition

July 16, 2012 e-mail notification for NOA2

NVC Process

July 23, 2012- nvc received

Aug 13,2012- called nvc to receive case# and IIN

Aug 14,2012- DS-3032 Email sent

Aug 15,2012- AOS Fee $88 invoiced, paid and in process

Aug 16,2012- AOS shows as paid

Aug 17,2012- I-864 overnighted to NVC

Aug 24,2012- DS-3032 acceptance received

Aug 24,2012- DS-230 invoiced/paid

Sept 4,2012- DS-230 overnighted to NVC (forgot to date page 2 waoo???, can't stop beating myself now, pls no RFE)

Sept 5,2012- DS-230 received by NVC; Oct 4- date received via email for scheduled interview

Sept 14, 2012-checklist requested for docs already submitted

Sept 20,2012- Case complete at NVC

November 2, 2012 Interview -APPROVED

Just called NVC an they reviewed my AOS an DS230.. Now they're telling me on the i864a form income was incorrect from 1040 form.... So am I putting adjusted income or gross income? cause she has rental income coming in as well.... so should i enter what she makes before the deductions? an they wasn't satisfied with just the police certificate they also need a court document :/

I see you haven't gotten yours either.. :( Well, if it holds true to 24-48 hours after you get the rror then we should be able to pay by ~5p EST today. :clock:
