I'm getting the error code as well, started early evening yesterday (Eastern Hemisphere). Hope to see an AOS bill today/tomorrow.

For comparison sake, when did you get your Case # / IIN?

USCIS - CSC/LOCAL OFFICE DC

12/5/11: NOA1

4/25/12: Case Transferred to Local Office (DC) for "Additional Processing"

4/27/12: Case Received at Local Office

5/15/12: RFE (daughter's birth cert)

5/15/12: RFE Evidence Sent (never received)

8/10/12: Infopass, evidence handed to officer adjudicating case

8/13/12: NOA2

NVC

8/20/12: Case Received

8/31/12: Case #/IIN Received

8/31/12: DS3032 Sent

9/11/12: ERROR MESSAGE! biggrin.png

9/13/12: AOS and IV bill INVOICED, Made AOS and IV bill payments, Mailed AOS and IV paperwork via USPS Priority Mail

9/14/12: AOS/IV marked as PAID

9/17/12: AOS delivered

9/20/12: IV delivered

7/30/12: I-130 sent to Chicago lockbox

8/01/12: NOA1

8/13/12: NOA2! (USC living abroad)

8/28/12: Case # issued

8/31/12: DS-3032 email sent

9/11/12: DS-3032 email rejected, re-sent

9/13/12: AOS invoice received, paid

9/19/12: AOS package sent

9/21/12: AOS package delivered

9/21/12: DS-3032 email accepted

9/24/12: IV Invoice received, paid

9/25/12: IV Package sent from Thailand

9/27/12: IV package delivered

9/28/12: RFE by phone for employment letter

9/29/12: RFE information sent from Thailand

10/2/12: RFE info delivered

10/9/12: NVC case complete!

10/12/12: Interview scheduled (Nov 16th)

10/16/12: Case left NVC via DHL

US Embassy - Bangkok

10/19/12: Case arrived

10/30/12: Medical at Bumrungrad hospital

11/16/12: Interview - APPROVED

11/20/12: Passport arrives in mail

POE: Slated for 1/31/12 at LAX

Petitioner LPR upgraded to USC June 22, 2012
August 22, 2012: case complete
October 18, 2012: Interview (APPROVED)
October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

Mothers' Journey (My sister is the petitioner)

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)

It's a good sign, right?

Yep! That means they're invoicing something for you!!

so i called NVC and they told me that they have my case now and gave me my NVC and IIN number. But they said nothing is generated yet. they took my wife's email address. should i now wait for them to email my wife before i send in the choice of agent or should i just send her that without waiting for anythign else?

another question, because i have IIN number, can i pay something now or do i need to wait for them to ask me to pay?

I got the NVC number in 10 days, so i am very happy.

I got the NVC number in 10 days, so i am very happy.

Take a number. You'll wait for anywhere from 2- 20 biz days to be invoiced. You can send the DS3032 email now though. See the first post in this thread for templates.

NOA 2- Dated April 27 2010 (85days after NOA1)

Interview-October 2010- outcome AP

Interview-July 2011-outcome-Recommendation for revocation

March 2012- Petition received by a USCIS office

May 11 2012- Petiton sent to another USCIS office for processing

May 15 2012- Petition is now being processed at a USCIS office

May 17 2012- letter rec'd from CSC Petition officially closed

Oct 26, 2011- Sent 1-130 Oct 27, 2011- NOA1 priority date

July 2012- NOID I-130 petition

July 16, 2012 e-mail notification for NOA2

NVC Process

July 23, 2012- nvc received

Aug 13,2012- called nvc to receive case# and IIN

Aug 14,2012- DS-3032 Email sent

Aug 15,2012- AOS Fee $88 invoiced, paid and in process

Aug 16,2012- AOS shows as paid

Aug 17,2012- I-864 overnighted to NVC

Aug 24,2012- DS-3032 acceptance received

Aug 24,2012- DS-230 invoiced/paid

Sept 4,2012- DS-230 overnighted to NVC (forgot to date page 2 waoo???, can't stop beating myself now, pls no RFE)

Sept 5,2012- DS-230 received by NVC; Oct 4- date received via email for scheduled interview

Sept 14, 2012-checklist requested for docs already submitted

Sept 20,2012- Case complete at NVC

Received our AOS bill 9-11 and paid it; put the 864 in the FED EX mail two day delivery and sent it off today.

Still haven't recevied instructions for RFE for Ann's son BC for his petition; CIS forgot to send email or contact us; case just sitting dormant....They said to call back if nothing by Friday; she did give me a Conf # for the RFE
