:help: Well here I am again lost in nowhere! Our case was completed on Aug 15th I was calling every single day to see if an interview had been scheduled! Same answer as everyone else "NVC only schedules interviews the 2nd week of each month". So today is day 1 of the second week of September! I called and the operator said your case has been RETURNED to USCIS per their request!!! I called USCIS immediately after talking to NVC and they dont know why it was sent back. The supervisor said "give us ONE MONTH to update the information in the system" This is just getting so annoying! All this wait just to go BACK to square one. Does anyone know what is going on? I have not read or heard about such a procedure! Please help :help:

Um, that's definitely weird blink.gif I don't think I've ever seen a case that was completed at NVC and returned to USCIS....

I'd suggest calling NVC, requesting for a supervisor (operators probably won't be able to help), and them ####### is going on. If they can't help, call USCIS again and request for a Tier 2 representative. Hopefully one (or both) of those people can help you figure out what's going on. You can also try calling DOS, but I'm not sure if they'd be able to help (worth a shot though in your case).

Thanks, Saylin!

I tried both.. But NVC supervisor said there is no information on why it was sent back and the operator gave me more info she said USCIS had requested the case back!!! It was requested on AUG 31st and they sent it back Sep 7th. I think it probably has not arrived back to USCIS. I will try calling them back next week . The USCIS tier 2 rep said your petition was approved FEB 9 2012 and it was forwarded to NVC... which I already knew but I figured they would know why they want the case back!!! I really taught all the waiting was almost over. But I guess it is like I always say " Things happen for a reason GOD knows why he wants us to hold alittle longer"

If NVC is invoicing your stuff is the pay portal inaccessible ALL day or just from that hour they start and on? IE; do they start invoicing at all times during the day or just first thing in the morning? IE; is it possible for me to look now and see the normal "NOT INVOICED" and then say at 6p look and see "YOU CAN'T ACCESS PAGE"?

I wonder why USCIS requested it back... I'd try calling USCIS again and again (as often as you want) until you can find a Tier 2 that can actually help.

It's possible to be invoiced at ALL times of the day, up until midnight. So definitely check up until then ;)

Stupid question here - do you get an error when IV is invoiced for a day or two before (like AOS) or does it just change right away when invoiced?
