Don't think so.

Here's a suggestion: fix your mistakes and print out a new DS-230. Sign it (just part 1). Then print out a completely blank copy (or two) and JUST sign it, don't fill it out. Send the filled out and blank copies to your spouse in the US as soon as you can. By doing this, when you get a checklist, your spouse in the US will already have the DS-230 from you and can just send the DS-230 to NVC, which will be a lot quicker than if you send it from Egypt again. The reason for the blank copies (but having them signed) is in case there were any other errors, in which your spouse can just hand-fill all the answers in and send that to NVC, instead of waiting for you to send another DS-230.

They don't invoice on weekends do they?

Is really possible, for 2 reasons:

1. backlog of computer batch process. IE - Some Human presses the button at 4 PM EST, to start the Friday batches of Invoices, and SHAZAAM - it takes so long to generate and process, you get one over the weekend.

2. DWHEELS (bless yer heart) has direct evidence, multiple times, of NVC Personnel working over the weekend since mid July 2012, with no end of weekend scheduling in sight. IMO, They Will Stop working on the weekends when the new fiscal year starts (which is REALLY SOON NOW)

Warmest Regards...

Here's a thought.

Prepare a New DS-230, with the barcoded coversheet. Make sure it's all correct, this time. DO NOT INCLUDE CIVIL DOCUMENTS. Then send it off when yer happy with it, nowish.

It'll catch up with the casefile, long about the same time a reviewer is actually reviewing that evil, wicked, mean and nasty DS-230 that you sent in previously.

Banks have nothing to do with NVC Generating Invoices. There's a lot they do for PAYING the invoices, but for GENERATING THE INVOICES? Nary a thing..

Darnell "Nary" really!! And was just figuring a method to their madness. I figure they are doing alot of accepting and case assigning and I see that Batch queue queuing up. Probably set for Midnight Monday. what u think?

Can solve the mystery of how case get interviews, i.e K1 vs CR1/IR1 and i will send u a muffin. We need a NVC adjudicator interview.
