My husbands family changed their last name 2 years ago. Now the court document wasn't asked by USCIS do you think I should include in the IV BILL documents or just save for interview?

help!!!!!! i just found out that my ds3032 template had a error on my email address info i forgot the underscore on my email address... :bonk: do i need to re send it??????

You do not need to resend the DS-3032; not putting an underscore on your email address is a trivial to non issue. Furthermore, some email programs automatically underscore email addresses.

Where u r getting confused is you are mixing the two tracks. The AOS (I-864) track gets invoiced about 1 week after you get case#. When you get case# you send in your DS-3032 when accepted the IV BILL (DS-230 track you say) gets invoiced. So until they accept your DS-3032 you will not see IV BILL Invoiced. K does that help.

So your answer is yes when DS-3032 is accepted you are Billed for the DS-230 or as they call IV BILL.

Yeh the two were confusing me. Sorry. Jusy have so much goin on. So the IV bill is ds230 and thats billed after the ds3032 is accepted ? Thanks... my brain is all over the place lol.

24/AUG/2012 : NVC Case Number received.

24/AUG/2012 : DS-3032 Emailed.

05/SEP/2012 : AOS Invoiced, DS-3032 received.

05/SEP/2012 : DS-3032 accepted.

06/SEP/2012 : IV Invoiced.

07/SEP/2012 : AOS and IV appear PAID.

10/SEP/2012 : AOS and IV packets mailed via UPS.

12/SEP/2012 : NVC received AOS and IV packets via UPS.

21/SEP/2012 : RFE (Birth Certificate. Notarized copy not accepted).

24/SEP/2012 : NVC received Birth Certificate (provided by Registry Office).

I also wrote up a review for the Sydney consulate.

Jamaican - have you printed out Saylins process flow chart from the first post? That helps immensely to visualise the two tracks rather than looking at it as one process. Hang in there!!
