I got reply on email that I sent on August 29th on Friday - Sept 7th, so they are a little behind. I would say Tuesday they will reply to you.

Got my nvc case number aug 31 so i sent ds3032 thru email, its been a week and dont get reply if they accept it. Last sept. 5, got email from nvc wth the barcoded cover sheet for aos eventhough we havent pay it yet and a barcoded ds3032, so today i will scan and sign it and send it again to nvc thru priority mail this time, hope they will generate and invoiced the IV packet. Just wondering why they sent the barcoded aos cover sheet without paying it yet.

That is not the bar-coded sheet you send with your AOS packett. What you got in that attachment is their AOS instructions "package" as we call it. You will see when you get invoiced and pay your $88 you will see the Bar-coded sheet (Print Document CoverSheet) that's what you send in.

The bar-coded DS-3032 is for people to use that don't use email. Its only been a week. Its taking up to 10 to 14 days to accept DS-3032. Mine took 12 days. And I did send a second DS-3032 on the 12th day and it was accepted 4 hours later. So hang on its coming.

But no! Its really the barcoded cover sheet...there have the aos instruction and the aos covet sheet. It says, u must return this cover sheet with the aos packet.

That is correct. Look at it this way. The AOS (I-864) is what the petitioner needs to provide.

The IV BILL (DS-230 and the rest of documents) is about the Beneficiary so that's why they have to have the DS-3032 so they can appoint a agent. So without the DS-3032 the IV BILL will never be invoiced.

If they had rejected you would have got the "we don't accept a third party email". Hope that helps

Yeh. Something about we can not add a thrid party? Thats what we got then remrmber i got the to emails. To pay AOS fee and to send ds3032. We sent it again anyway. But weird we got the AOS bill and it sorry was rejected right?sorry im puttin to much thought in this lol... guess just tryin to figure lt out. To keep me busy. Lol

Ok now im a bit confused.... if the track the ds3032 and they say you have to wait to send it until you get a email but still get billed for the I864? That doesnt make sense lol. So did they actually approve it after the sent a email sayin can not add thrid party at this time then send email for that and email to pay fee.... confusing sorry.. lol if i lost yall with me. My bad. :/ lol

Where u r getting confused is you are mixing the two tracks. The AOS (I-864) track gets invoiced about 1 week after you get case#. When you get case# you send in your DS-3032 when accepted the IV BILL (DS-230 track you say) gets invoiced. So until they accept your DS-3032 you will not see IV BILL Invoiced. K does that help.

So your answer is yes when DS-3032 is accepted you are Billed for the DS-230 or as they call IV BILL.

how long does it takes do the nvc will invoice??? got approved aug.10 and they recieve my packet last aug.29 had my case number and iin number already sent ds3032??????? its been a week do u think i need to wait more weeks or so..????

depends on what the uscitizen petitioner has done, with a TELEPHONE.

So, ask yer USCitizen Petitioner Spouse to read all of post #2, focusing on 'the bit' he/she needs to do now.

help!!!!!! i just found out that my ds3032 template had a error on my email address info i forgot the underscore on my email address... do i need to re send it?????? but they already got my husband email address when he called when we got our case# and iin#....am i right that i made a ds3032 template on my daughter(minor) but usin my email which is correct info i made????
